IT Support Specialist

It is our duty to chart the greatest course of action for our clients which includes preservation, growth and execution of their financial plans. This allows us to bring peace and financial predictability to our clients, facilitating their ability to reach their fullest professional, and personal goals.


  • Provide technology support in the form of training and troubleshooting – installation, configurations, and troubleshooting for software, hardware, networking technology (switches, routers, wireless).
  • Setup new hire computer and workstations and train on basic tech support.
  • Configure all connection settings for meetings in conference rooms.
  • Be able to quickly problem solve software and hardware issue.
  • Install software upgrades to continuously improve tech performance.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory records and documentation for equipment.
  • Contribute to participate in technical documentation of IT policy, procedures, and standards.
  • Perform research and evaluate products to assist in selection and purchase of equipment and installation or update of systems.
  • Respond to user requests (IT tickets) for service, troubleshoot problems, & deliver solutions.
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects, as needed.


  • BS in Computer Science IS or AA/AS degree in computer related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant IT experience.
  • Experience in multi-site network experience and connectivity, highly preferred.
  • Experience in tech support for Windows 7 and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across the organization.
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude & a fit with the company’s culture & values.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and handle weights of 10-50 lbs. Requires good hand-eye coordination, overall physically dexterity and visual acuity to use keyboard, operate equipment, and read technical information.
